Leading "retail media" company is looking for an inspirational sales manager to lead, manage & motivate a team and bring them on to reach greater heights. The team sell a broad range of retail media solutions to major FMCG brands, household name advertisers and their agencies. Ideally you will have experience of developing teams, be conversant with call monitoring and CRM systems and not be afraid to lead from the front yourself.. Experience:
You must a have a demonstrable track record of success managing a team of media sales professionals at various levels of experience and training. You should also be conversant with using and analysing data provided by call monitoring and CRM systems. The ability to get your team working smarter and harder are key to this role as is the ability to lead from the front from time to time. - Package
- £40-45k dep exp + £15-20k comm uncapped.
