You should be equally comfortable selling to clients direct or their agencies. The possibility of developing a management role in the medium term is definitely a possibility but you will need to earn it.
Experience: A demonstrable track record of selling the range of online media solutions, excellent sales training and the usual required IT literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
